Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Samuel Law Firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
